From pressure to power.

I'm Jason Trickovic, a family physician exploring how AI can transform healthcare — from the exam room to academic research. I bridge our clinical reality with emerging technology, building and understanding what actually works.

About

The Bridge Builder

Healthcare is under pressure. Physicians are burning out. Patients wait too long. Information overwhelms us all. I believe artificial intelligence — developed thoughtfully, implemented carefully — can help. But only if we build it right.

As a practicing family physician, I see these pressures every day. As a researcher, I study how AI can genuinely help (not just promise to). As a clinical lead for AI implementation projects, I help turn ideas into reality.

The piezoelectric effect transforms mechanical pressure into usable electrical energy. That's the metaphor for my work: taking healthcare's immense pressures and converting them into intelligent solutions.

The Concept

Why "Piezoelectric"?

"Piezoelectric materials convert mechanical pressure into electrical power. Healthcare is under immense pressure. The question is whether we can transform that pressure into intelligence that actually helps."

This site is about that transformation. Taking the pressures of modern medicine — burnout, access barriers, information overload, admin burden — and exploring how thoughtfully designed AI can convert them into solutions. Not hype. Not promises. Real work, carefully studied, honestly shared.
